Black light
a lockdown story
in Fahrenheit Press's Fahrenzine #3

I'm honored that my lockdown/lockdown liberation short story,
BLACK LIGHT,
has been published in in the third volume Fahrenheit Press's limited-edition, old school zine.
"...crazy pandemic pandemonium..."–Garry Cochrane
"A noir response to the bizarre experience of 2020. Part thriller, part horror, part future shock sci-f, part monologue. Almost impossible to quantify." ––Indie Book Blog, Matthew Keyes
"The publisher describes the writing as 'Patti Smith meets Allan Ginsberg in lockdown Los Angeles'. Throw in a bit of George Orwell , Hunter S. Thompson and Franz Kafka, and you're getting close. If Charles Bukowski wrote an episode of Black Mirror - this would be it." – Ian Ayris
The first two editions of 100 featured stories by Nick Quantrill and Russell Day.
Besides being published alongside the great Quantrill and Day,
many things make me happy to be part of this zine:
I feel at home. When I first started writing, my poetry and fiction were delivered in similarly sly, cook, plain wrap editions––cool and exuberant in their forthright bareness.
